One of the most common questions we get is, “did you get my box?!”

We understand that customers get eager to receive payment as soon as they can see the package has been delivered to us. We typically send payment the same day that shipment is received; however, we receive many many shipments everyday, and so it takes time for us to go through each shipment. Depending on what time the shipments were received, and also depending on the volume of shipments received, sometimes it takes an extra day for us to process all new shipments.Regarding payment processing, we want to assure you that we release payments on the same day we receive and verify shipments. However, we require a 5-hour window to process and inspect the package.

Please note that we handle a high volume of packages daily (200-500), and our team works diligently to ensure timely payment release.

To ensure smooth processing, kindly allow us this brief window. We guarantee payment will be sent on the same day, once verification is complete.

If you can see that the package has been delivered to us, then we kindly ask you to rest assured that your shipment will be reviewed and payment issued just as soon as possible. We like to keep our customers happy by paying as quickly as possible!

It’s perfectly okay to leave a prescription label on the box. We will remove it and destroy it for you. If you’re concerned about your information that’s understandable please just use a soft tipped marker and color out anything you’d like to keep private:

If you need to conceal personal info, follow these guidelines:

  1. Use a non-bleeding marker to avoid damaging the box.
  2. Mark out info within the label area only.
  3. Avoid using sharp pens that can carve into the box.

We offer flexible payment options for your convenience:

Our only shipping location is in Clarksville, TN. We will provide you with a free shipping label with our exact mailing address before you ship out your products.
